Read the Ottawa Resale Market (OREB) Newsletter for August. Sold residential properties are up compared to same time last year, however, remained well below historical average for this time of year. There is still a high demand for housing, but with low inventory and high borrowing costs, OREB expects that the housing market will fluctuate.
